Parker's is originally from Santa Cruz.  Parker Wilson established "Parker's Jumbo Dogs" in the late 1940's in the Santa Cruz area.  By 1955, Parker's was well established and was located in Capitola.  Parker passed away in the 1970's.  Parker's son, John Parker, opened the first Parker's in Roseville in 1997, upon his retirement from the Air Force. Our business is located at off I80 at 1605A Douglas Blvd. Roseville, CA (corner of Sunrise & Douglas Blvd.) behind the Schools Credit Union
